Paneer

I would like to dedicate this recipe to my friend Neha. She tried making Paalak (spinach) paneer (Indian cottage cheese) one of the days and missed to add some ingredients and that is when I thought of posting Paalak paneer. This is also one of my son's favorite subzi. All the kids love paneer but its heaven when it's enriched with healthy spinach gravy.
