Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbspn Rice
  • 1/2 Count Zucchini Peeled and cut into medium pieces.
  • 3 Count Baby Carrots
  • 1/4 Piece Or Normal Carrot
  • 1 Stem Spring Onion
  • Few leaves Coriander leaves
  • Tiny piece Ginger

Instructions
 

  • Collect all required ingredients to prepare the rice.
  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl.
  • Add enough water to dip the rice and vegetables.
  • Pressure-cook the ingredients added to the bowl for 7 whistles.
  • Transfer the Pressure-cooked ingredients to a mixer grinder and make puree.
    Tip: If you are planning to give the preparation to older babies, you may add salt to the ingredients and skip making the puree. You can instead smash it using fork or spoon.
  • The delicious and Healthy Zucchini rice is ready to be served to the baby.
