Ingredients
  

Mango-pineapple smoothie

  • 100 Grams Mango
  • 100 Grams Pineapple
  • 30 Grams Sugar
  • 90 Grams Yogurt I am using Greek yogurt but you can use any thick curd as well
  • 70 ml Milk

Banana-almond smoothie

  • 1 medium Banana
  • 15 Almonds Soaked in water overnight and skin removed
  • 15 Grams Sugar
  • 90 Grams Yogurt I am using Greek yogurt but you can use any thick curd as well
  • 180 ml Milk

Banana-blueberry smoothie

  • 1 medium Banana
  • 85 Grams Blueberries
  • 25 Grams Sugar
  • 95 Grams Yogurt I am using Greek yogurt but you can use any thick curd as well
  • 70 ml Milk

Strawberry-Hazelnut Smoothie

  • 180 Grams Strawberries
  • 90 Grams Hazelnut Chocolate
  • 10 Grams Sugar
  • 90 Grams Yogurt I am using Greek yogurt but you can use any thick curd as well
  • 150 ml Milk

Instructions
 

Mango-pineapple smoothie

  • Gather all ingredients.
  • Add all ingredients to a smoothie blender or mixer grinder and blend till combined.

Banana-almond smoothie

  • Gather all ingredients.
  • Soak the almonds in water for overnight. Then next morning rub it gently to remove the skin.
  • Add all ingredients to a smoothie blender but do not add all milk in the beginning. Blending with little milk will ensure the almonds are getting crushed properly.
  • Add the remaining milk and blend all together. Enjoy the smoothie.

Banana-blueberry smoothie

  • Gather all ingredients.
  • Add all ingredients to a smoothie blender or mixer grinder and blend till combined.

Strawberry-Hazelnut smoothie

  • Gather all ingredients.
  • Add all ingredients to a smoothie blender but do not add all milk in the beginning. Blending with little milk will ensure the chocolate is getting crushed properly.
  • Add the remaining milk and blend all together. Enjoy the smoothie.
  • Note: You can replace Hazelnut chocolate with the hazelnut spread or any milk chocolate of your choice.

Notes

We have used brown sugar for all our recipes which is little less sweet. You may want to reduce the quantity of sugar if you are using regular white sugar.
