Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 1/2 cup Chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro (Coriander)
  • 4 Tbspn Hung curd (or Greek yogurt)
  • 2 Tbspn Olive oil
  • 2 Tbspn Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tspn Cumin powder
  • 1 Tspn Pepper powder
  • 5-6 Cloves Garlic
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Gather the ingredients as mentioned.
  • Add all the ingredients in a food processor or mixer grinder.
  • Blend to make a paste. The paste can be a little coarse.
  • This is the texture which we are looking for.
  • Enjot it as a dip with chips. Tastes best with Tositos.
  • Enjoy it as a spread on bread toast (best healthy breakfast).
  • Enjoy it with crackers. This can work as dip or spread.
