
Veggie Cheese Pockets
Indulge in a scrumptious treat that combines the goodness of fresh vegetables and the creamy allure of cheese, all wrapped in a healthy tortilla shell. These Veggie Cheese Pockets are perfect for a quick snack, breakfast, lunchbox surprise, or even as party appetizers.
Ingredients
- 1 Tortilla Roti
- Tomato ketchup
- Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbspn Shredded cheese
- 1 pinch Pepper powder
- 1 pinch Mixed Italian herbs
- Salt To Taste
- 1 Tbspn Finely chopped Onion
- 1 Tbspn Finely chopped Bell pepper (Capsicum)
- 1 Tbspn Corn
- Butter for greasing
Instructions
- Gather ingredients as per the list.

- Precook the tortilla on preheated pan

- Make one cut up-to the center of the roti.

- Squeeze little ketchup on 1/4th portion of roti.

- Add cheese to the 2/4th portion and garnish cheese with pepper powder and Italian herbs.

- On the 3/4th portion add Onions, Bell pepper & Corn and sprinkle little salt.

- On the last part of the roti, add mayonnaise.

- fold the pocket in 1/4th starting in same order as we did the filling.

- Apply butter and toast it until the crust becomes crunchy and turns golden brown.

- Enjoy the delicacy with tomato ketchup or Salsa sauce.

- You can use any mayonnaise of your choice.
- You can add more veggies like Olives, Jalapeno or even the variety of bell peppers.
