- 1 Tortilla Roti
- Tomato ketchup
- Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbspn Shredded cheese
- 1 pinch Pepper powder
- 1 pinch Mixed Italian herbs
- Salt To Taste
- 1 Tbspn Finely chopped Onion
- 1 Tbspn Finely chopped Bell pepper (Capsicum)
- 1 Tbspn Corn
- Butter for greasing
Get Recipe Ingredients
Gather ingredients as per the list.
Precook the tortilla on preheated pan
Make one cut up-to the center of the roti.
Squeeze little ketchup on 1/4th portion of roti.
Add cheese to the 2/4th portion and garnish cheese with pepper powder and Italian herbs.
On the 3/4th portion add Onions, Bell pepper & Corn and sprinkle little salt.
On the last part of the roti, add mayonnaise.
fold the pocket in 1/4th starting in same order as we did the filling.
Apply butter and toast it until the crust becomes crunchy and turns golden brown.
Enjoy the delicacy with tomato ketchup or Salsa sauce.
Notes:
- You can use any mayonnaise of your choice.
- You can add more veggies like Olives, Jalapeno or even the variety of bell peppers.
