Pancakes for babies
Delicious and healthy breakfast for babies
Ingredients
- 2 Tbspn Mother's milk (I am using pumped breast milk)
- 2 Tbspn Yogurt
- 2 Slices Apple
- 1/2 portion Small banana
- 3 Tbspn Wheat flour
- Ghee or Butter For greasing
Instructions
- Gather the ingredients as per the list
- Add apple, banana, milk and yogurt to a blender.
- Make of puree of these ingredients.
- Add the prepared puree to wheat flour (little at a time) and mix it well.
- Maintain the texture as shown.
- Preheat the pan and grease it with ghee or butter.
- Spread the batter in the pan and cook on low to medium heat.
- Cook the pan cake until they turn golden brown.
- The delicious moist and fluffy pancakes are ready.
- The pancakes can be served with maple syrup or any fruit sauce. You will find the recipe of food sauce in my baby food section.

Notes
You can create the same recipe with variation of wheat flour. You can use Raagi (finger millet) flour or oats.
Please make sure you adjust the quantity of liquid if you are changing the flour as every flour absorbs different amount of liquid.
